about

About I'm a writer and digital communications consultant from the UK, with a decade of experience in the climate change and social impact space. I've been based in Paris since 2022, and split my time between here and London.

I partner with mission-driven organisations to turn complex research, policy, and technical materials into clear, human-centred narratives that help move people and create those little 'ah-ha!' moments of new insight.

Working across campaigns, reports, digital, and editorial formats, I help third sector and grassroots orgs make their work understood, and purpose-led startups and agencies speak to their audiences.

As a communicator, I'm increasingly interested in how collective action, at various levels of organisation - housing, technology, food, work - remains the only thing that can meaningfully build global resilience and, ultimately, save us; how this has always been the human story, and the process by which we come to remember it.

Climate Change and Social Impact I've spent the majority of my career with NGOs and nonprofits focused on climate change, social justice, and digital rights. My areas of work include creative communications, copywriting, sustainability writing, research and report writing, content writing and design, campaign and comms strategy, and scriptwriting + video production.

I also work with startups and SMEs in the space on storytelling, B2B + B2C content strategy, digital marketing, ux writing, content systems, and lead generation.

::: Clients include Greenpeace International, Global Witness, SumOfUs (now Ekō), the European Commission, and the Mozilla Foundation.

Creative and Written Work Alongside my consultancy work, I maintain a creative practice as a writer, musician, filmmaker, and essayist, some of which is included in this portfolio where I believe it complements my communications work. My interests span critical political economy, climate justice, social movements, decolonial theory, psychoanalysis, underground art cultures, architecture and design, and the interaction of technology, economics, and culture.

I also have essay publications with Repeater Books, Punctum Books, and Zero Books, and one forthcoming with the Hong Kong Review of Books, all of which are available to view via my portfolio page.

::: Clients include Bleep.com, Paris Fashion Week, Penguin Random House, the Barbican Centre, and the London Museum.
